Sales on the www.madeinpaysdauge.com website are governed by the present conditions. These conditions apply and supersede any other conditions.

Article 1 – Offer

 

Validity duration: Offers proposed on the site are valid throughout the duration of their en online publication.

 

Territorial scope: Offers are currently valid for purchases made throughout Metropolitan France only. 

 

Availability:  All products presented on the site are available on the storage and shipping platform. Should a produce become momentarily unavailable, it will be indicated as such on the product information page.

 

Article 2 – Validation

When clicking on the Validation button during the order process, you declare that you fully accept the order, together with the present General Sales Conditions without reserve.

Information recorded by www.madeinpaysdauge.com constitutes proof of all transactions made via www.madeinpaysdauge.com by its clients.

Information recorded by the online payment system constitutes proof of all financial transactions.

Article 3 – Retraction

Following receipt of your order, you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original packaging. We will reimburse your order, excluding return postage or carrier fees. Address for returns.

In order to process your request, we request that you provide your first name and surname, your address, the date and order number, together with your client code number. We will unfortunately be unable to process incomplete requests.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are net, in Euros and exclusive of transport and delivery charge. Madeinpaysdauge reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, items being invoiced at the price indicated at time of order.

Orders may be paid in Euros only, by credit card, and prior to shipping.

Article 5 – duration of order processing and delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible on working days.
