Bayeux pork breeders in the heart of the Pays d’Auge – unbelievable, yet true! We breed our pigs just like a gardener takes care of his flowers.

 Bred in the open air, our pigs are free to hop around in the Pays d’Auge pastures. And we take all this care to offer you meat that we’re sure won’t leave you indifferent.  Pure pleasure for your taste buds.

 

We have been breeding and producing Bayeux pork for a good few years now and we transform our meat to ensure you the finest quality and irreproachable traceability. Bayeux pork is an endangered breed: and this is why our greatest desire is to rehabilitate this rare breed which provides high quality meat.

We transform our meat on the farm into a variety of cold meats and savoury terrines.
