Located in the village of Heuland (10km to the west of Deauville), our farm is specialised in fresh dairy produce and home-made jams.

We produce fresh dairy products and jams made from our own farm milk.

Our regional produce:

-          Crème fraîche

-          Unsalted butter

-          Creamed cheese, smooth or curdled

-          Whole milk yoghourt

-          Teurgoule (traditional Normandy rice pudding with cinnamon)

-          Confiture de lait (literally « milk jam », confiture de lait is a traditional creamy caramel sauce made from cooked milk and sugar).

-          Apple and Calvados jam

-          Cider
